In Japan, March 3rd is Hinamatsuri, or "Girl's Day". These dolls are displayed during the month of March. These dolls happen to be mine...my mom bought them for me for my first Girl's Day. It's weird to think they are 30 years old! We wanted to get some pictures of the girls with the dolls to remember their first Hinamatsuri! Here they are...
P.S. I amvery aware of the snot, slobber, and big red mark on Mari's head from falling just minutes before. She's not the most graceful. I am sure one day she will love that picture. Haha!
