Mari is quite the eater. She really isn't picky at all. Bob and I have discussed many times that we want out children to be well rounded eaters... we don't want to make the "adult meal" and the "kids meal" and that they will eat what we eat. So far, its working out great! Mari loves fish like salmon, tuna, and cod, vegetables of all kinds, etc. Tonight she had spinach couscous and couldn't get it in her mouth fast enough! She's getting quite independent at the dinner table and insists on feeding herself. Lately, she doesn't even want to use her fingers but wants to feed herself with the spoon! With a lot of guidance, she does it, and grins ear to ear with pride! Meal time is a MESS but I just love watching her discover how to do things and explore the food. Plus, Huntley doesn't mind the mess! :) Here are some recent mealtime pics!
